Your price may be higher or lower depending on the size of your kitchen and the additional options you may select. We offer quality products and professional installation that can not be matched.
Site Preparation
Kitchen sink removal, Dishwasher removal, Disposal removal, Remove wood or steel kitchen cabinets, Remove free standing range, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Cabinets
Install JSI Cabinetry "Oak Island" all wood base and wall cabinets on plumb and straight walls, Includes all required fillers, toe kicks, base and wall cabinet handles on doors and drawers, Install IKEA NUMERAR laminate countertop, Cut out hole in laminate counter top for sink
Plumbing
Install IKEA Lagan single handle faucet and connect to existing water supply cut off valves, Install IKEA Boholmen 19" X 18" X 7.5" single bowl stainless steel sink in same location as original and includes PVC trap, Install ISG 1/2 HP garbadge disposal, Install white GE MODEL JN327HWW recalculate type range hood and connect to existing circuit. (No electrical modifications are included) Install GE MODEL GTS18JCPWW 18CF white refrigerator, Install white GE MODEL JBP61DMWW free standing electric range in same location and connect to existing utility, if gas includes new gas flex line connect to existing gas shut off valve, Install white GE MODEL GSD1000GWW dishwasher and connect to existing utility
Floor Covering
Install COSTCO Oak laminate flooring with foam sheet underlayment over existing floor surface with transition molding to other space
Painting
PAINT WALL Smooth finish plaster or plasterboard, with roller using BEHR semi gloss off white paint, Paint smooth int wall roller
PAINT SMOOTH CEILING Smooth finish plaster or plasterboard, with roller using BEHR semi gloss off white paint, Paint smooth ceiling, roller
Clean-up
Including removal of old plumbing fixtures, cabinets and appliances EA = One load of rubbish (5 yards)
