MY IKEA KITCHEN
For the past six years we have been installing IKEA  kitchens. During this period I have been constantly impressed with the quality and versatility of the IKEA kitchen product line. Quality is very high on the list, IKEA does not take shortcuts on the construction their cabinet frames, all frames use a dowl and pin method for construction, hardware is the BEST in the industry which is made by BLUM and generally used on very high end cabinetry. I could actually go on and on, I think I drive potential clients nuts when I do the initial measure telling them about the virtues of the IKEA cabinets, hey I get excited, what can I say! Follows are pictures of my IKEA kitchen, you see I actually practice what I preach.

I own a very small Rambler in Rockville, my original kitchen was only 6'X8', no kidding ! so my wife and I made a decision to use the basement space for a kitchen. Yea, not the norm but remember I am a 60's person.

Above you will see all the base cabinets are installed

We got held up for one week due to a cabinet not being available..... Hey you understand it is IKEA !

Well here is our completed IKEA kitchen, I still will be adding items here and there, but basically it is complete. Generally a project of this size will take about three weeks from start to finish
