INEX uses the services of Acker & Sons Plumbing who have been servicing the Washington DC Metro area since 1961.  Yes we are a licensed home improvement contractor but it is not legal for a home improvement contractor to do plumbing unless licensed expressly as a plumber.      Disconnect, remove & cap tub
     Disconnect and remove vanity base and top or wall hung sink
     Remove light fixture located over medicine cabinet and cap off
     Remove glued vinyl  tiles from floor.
     Remove shower wall ceramic tile and backer board to studs.

     LICENSED PLUMBER will provide and Install water cutoff isolation valves
     One for toilet
     One for lavatory hot side
    One for lavatory cold side
     One tub cold side
     One tub hot side

     Provide & Install Two Piece white Kohler Wellworth round bowl toilet, round Seat, wax ring and Bolts

     Provide & Install American Standard Americast 60" x 30" x 14" white tub, new drain and over flow

LICENSED PLUMBER will install Delta ,  Moen or American standard single handle shower and bath faucet
     (PLUMBING MODIFICATIONS IF NEEDED ARE NOT INCLUDED)

     Provide and Install 24" or smaller vanity base cabinet with single door

     Provide and Install 24" or smaller imitation marble vanity top with Delta, Moen or American Standard duel or
     single  handle  faucet at roughed in lavatory  plumbing location. Installation Includes polished chrome or
     PVC "P" trap and water supply Lines  connected to existing water shut off valve

     Provide & install 1/2" cement board on shower walls where the tiles were removed to be used to mound the ceramic tiles
     on the shower walls , apply to  studs or furring


     Provide and Install up too 64 square feet of  6" X 6" bright white ceramic tiles  on shower walls,  bullnose 6"X2" bright white,              Non Sanded white Grout . Set ceramic tile in flex bond mortar. Set tile and bullnose trim then and grout.

     Provide & install 24" towel bar and toilet paper holder  

     Provide and Install 24" or smaller white or mirror surface mounted medicine cabinet and light fixture (24" wide or less)
     connect  to existing utility

     Provide and Install  one large white ceramic corner tray & one large white ceramic soap dish on shower
     walls approximately 30" high from tub gunnel or customer preferred height and location.

     Provide and Install shower curtain rod

     Provide & Install water resistant 1/2" thick backer board underlayment on bath floor to be used as a base for the ceramic tile
     floor, including thin set mortar, joint tape and galvanized screws


     Provide & Install ceramic tiles on floor. 6" X 6"  mat white ceramic tiles, cove base   6"X4" bright white, non sanded white grout  set ceramic tile in flex bond mortar then grout


     Provide and paint walls, ceiling and inside surface of both doors using Duron semi gloss  shell white paint with roller

     Removal of old tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets
